Getting our ducks in a row

Yesterday we continued to get housekeeping stuff out of the way.  This will make your E9 experience much easier.  Here's what we did:

• made popsicle sticks for drawing names
• went over the jobs for which you will be signing up
• learned how to do the Word Study squares
• learned how the Word Study tests work
• made 4 sections in your binder (Word Study, Conventions, Reading, and Writing)

You also got your first Word Study word:

Labyrinth (noun)  a maze
Tomorrow is your first word study test.  It will be the easiest one of the semester, since you only have one word.   Good luck!
